What should I wear and will I have to undress for the treatment?

Sports massage

It's important that when you come for a treatment you feel comfortable. However, to make the most of the massage I'll need to be able to treat the full length of the muscles, which is why you will need to undress to your underwear, or you can wear loose shorts if you prefer. Towels are used to keep you covered and warm so you should never feel exposed. If you come for an injury-specific treatment, it's likely that you'll have to move around a bit more so it's a good idea to wear shorts and a t-shirt for these. Women may feel more comfortable wearing a sports top or a sports bra, if the treatable area is in the upper body.

The lotions I use for massage absorb into the skin like a moisturiser and will not leave any oil on your skin or stain your clothes. (Seated acupressure massage doesn't use oils or lotions.)

For seated acupressure massage, you will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment. It will be a more relaxing experience if you wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, but it's a form of massage that's designed for the workplace, so a treatment can be done regardless of what you're wearing.
