What happens if I need to be referred to a doctor or another therapist?
Sometimes sports massage isn't effective, or there may be a reason why you can't have massage. If you need to see someone else before coming for massage, or we've tried various techniques that haven't worked, I will refer you to another specialist or to your GP. I may need to discuss your case history with them to give them the best possible starting point for treating you, however, this is never done without approval from you first, and all details will remain confidential.
