I think I could do with a massage but don't know the cause of my pain or injury - can you help?

If you suspect the source of your pain is in muscles, ligaments or tendons, it's very likely that sports massage can help you. Sports massage is also a good form of therapy to treat postural problems and nerve impingements, as these are often linked to muscular imbalances or tension. You don't need to be an expert and come to me with a clear explanation of what's wrong - in fact it's often easier to just figure it out together by using different tests and assessments. Most soft tissue injuries are treatable with massage, and we'll certainly try and find the cause of your pain and treat it. And if I can't help you, I can refer you to another therapist or your GP to make sure you get the best possible care and advice.
